A 126,490-SQUARE FOOT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING

 

CEDAR HILL, TX, July 11, 2019 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, has announced the sale of 1462 Freedom Way, a 10,500-square foot industrial property located in Cedar Hill, Texas, according to Tim A. Speck, district manager of the firm’s Dallas office.

Adam Abushagur and Sam Martin, industrial investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.  The buyer, a private investor, was also procured by Abushagur and Martin.

“The property was on the market for eight days and received nine total offers, eight of which were at or above list price,” said Martin.

“The buyer that closed on the property was a seller of an asset we sold earlier in the year,” said Abushagur. “It’s fun seeing a win, win, win process prevail,” he said.

American Industrial Warehouse is located at 1462 Freedom Way in Cedar Hill, Texas.  The subject property is situated on 6.04 acres of land and was built in 1999.
