A 126,490-SQUARE FOOT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING

 

LANCASTER, TX, June 24, 2019 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, has announced the sale of Stericycle, Inc., a 126,490-square foot industrial property located in Lancaster, Texas, according to Tim A. Speck, district manager of the firm’s Dallas office.

 

Adam Abushagur, industrial specialist and first vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.  The buyer, a private investor, was also procured by Adam Abushagur.

 

“The property was on the market for two days before we procured an acceptable letter of intent,” said Abushagur. “The buyer secured was an out-of-state 1031 exchange buyer,” he said.

 

Stericycle, Inc. is located at 945 East Pleasant Run Road in Lancaster, Texas.  The subject property is situated on 10.83 acres of land and was built in 1982.
