TAG Industrial Market Watch: May 18, 2019
“The richest man in the world has plans to 1. Recolonize us in space and 2. Increase light industrial real estate development here on Earth first. There’s no doubt Amazon’s Jeff Bezos has inspired a huge boom for industrial real estate. Now the mogul has plans to create orbiting space colonies of up to one trillion people with industrial warehouses needed for heavy preparation. Starting with a new lunar lander dubbed “Blue Moon” that is set to travel to the moon by 2024, Bezos has founded spaceflight company Blue Origin.”
