TAG Industrial Market Watch: April 27, 2019

“According to the NAR’s Commercial International Business Trends Report, Texas is ranked third among the top 13 state destinations for commercial foreign capital in 2018-at a stunning 11 percent. In addition, Dallas/Ft. Worth was also among the top three industrial markets for foreign investment, with over 20 percent of industrial volume absorbed by foreign investors. Alongside Los Angeles and Chicago, foreign buyers are looking to the Lone Star state for new industrial assets. The majority of capital hails from Canada, China, and Singapore. Industrial confidence is not predicted to dwindle for these investors, with secondary markets in the Midwest such as Kansas City gaining attention.”
