A private investor has purchased Trinity Station Office Park, a 23,792-square-foot industrial property at 801 Station Drive in Arlington. The park includes two office/warehouse buildings on 2.11 acres. Adam Abushagur with Marcus & Millichap’s (NYSE: MMI) Dallas office represented the buyer as well as the seller, another private investor.
