A 49,250-SQUARE FOOT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING

DALLAS, TX, November 30, 2018 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of Military Office Warehouse, a 49,250-square foot industrial property located in Dallas, Texas, according to Tim A. Speck, regional manager of the firm’s Dallas office.

Adam Abushagur, industrial specialist and vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.  The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured by Abushagur.

“We assisted the seller in structuring a marketable lease agreement with a new tenant they had procured on their own for the 49,000 square-foot office/warehouse located off of Military Parkway.  The deal offered the buyer above market yield with a new lease just recently executed prior to the open of escrow,” said Abushagur.

Military Office Warehouse is located at 5535 & 5555 Military Parkway in Dallas, Texas.  The subject property is situated on 5.03 acres of land and was built in 1984.
