MARCUS & MILLICHAP PARTNERS WITH MILLION MEALS INITIATIVE TO PROVIDE ONE MILLION MEALS TO THOSE IN NEED

Dallas, July 18, 2018 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, announced they partnered with Feeding America to provide 1 million meals to those in need. The project has been named the Million Meals Initiative (MMI).

On June 22 Marcus & Millichap’s offices throughout the Midwest and Texas volunteered at local food banks and pantries in support of the Million Meals Initiative. The goal set was to provide 1 million meals in 2018 to those in need through fundraising and volunteering.

“It was great to see the team get out of the office to support a cause everyone can get behind,” said Tim Speck, first vice president/district manager. “Locally we raised enough money to serve 300,000 meals and at the same time boxed over 25 pallets or 10,000 meals! Phenomenal day and we look forward to the next one!”

Marcus & Millichap Dallas participated in the initiative at the North Texas Food Bank. Together the team packed 787 boxes, that totaled 25 pallets, and weighed a total of 11,780 pounds and will provide 10,150 meals to families in need.
