MARCUS & MILLICHAP ARRANGES THE SALE OF THE 30,725 SQUARE-FOOT FORMER COCA COLA DISTRIBUTION CENTER

SWEETWATER, TEXAS, September 26, 2017 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of the former Coca Cola distribution center, a 30,725-square foot industrial property located in Sweetwater, Texas, according to Tim A. Speck, first vice president / district manager of the firm’s Dallas office.

Adam Abushagur, an associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.  The buyer, a private investor, was also procured by Abushagur.

“The property was previously marketed for nearly three years by multiple brokers,” Abushagur said.  “Given our national platform and broad exposure in the marketplace, we were able to secure three letters of intent within three weeks of the marketing process.”

The former Coca Cola Distribution Center is located at 2500 West Broadway Street in Sweetwater, about 40 miles west of Abilene in West Texas.
