Aidan McCue

Aidan McCue of Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago office specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial assets in partnership with the TAG Industrial Group. To the clients of TAG Industrial, Mr. McCue is committed to treating each client’s goals as if they were his own. Mr. McCue separates himself from the pack by leveraging the resources provided by his team, allowing him to dedicate more time and energy to developing client relationships.

With a background as both a small business owner and Golf Caddy, Mr. McCue understands the importance of connecting with people beyond surface-level conversations and approaching challenges from multiple points of view. Mr. McCue brings this same perspective to the Commercial Real Estate industry. His career in CRE started with the developer Ryan Companies, where he gained valuable project engineering experience, working directly with clients and contractors to negotiate competitive bids, build new relationships, and ensure smooth project operations. Growing up around hard-working blue-collar individuals, Mr. McCue is drawn to the competitiveness yet simplicity of industrial real estate, where he is fascinated by the infrastructure needed to create and distribute products.

Mr. McCue is a graduate of the College of Charleston, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Real Estate Finance. Aside from real estate, he enjoys spending time on the golf course and wake surfing on the lake with friends. Staying active with a consistent gym routine and traveling with family and friends are also important parts of Mr. McCue’s life.
