Ryan Baldacci of Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial assets in partnership with the TAG Industrial Group. With a background in recruitment consulting and account management across the oil and gas, energy, and maritime sectors, Mr. Baldacci understands the importance of effective communication, time management, and facilitating deals between two parties. Mr. Baldacci brings this same perspective to the commercial real estate industry. His experience managing full-cycle recruiting for technical sales, finance, and engineering roles across industrial markets has strengthened his sales process, cold-calling, and business-development skills. Drawn to the essential role industrial real estate plays in the economy, Mr. Baldacci is particularly interested in the businesses and applications supporting manufacturing, technology, energy, distribution, oil and gas, and maritime industries.

Mr. Baldacci is a graduate of the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Commercial Real Estate. He also earned a Certificate in Professional Selling through the University of Houston’s Program for Excellence in Selling. Aside from real estate, he enjoys lifting weights, reading, music, and flying.
