Ricardo Camarena

Ricardo Camarena of Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial assets in the Northeast Dallas-Garland market in partnership with the TAG Industrial Group. Mr. Camarena brings a resilient commitment to the TAG Industrial team and its clients to serve them energetically and efficiently in helping them accomplish their goals. His ability to analyze market data to highlight opportunities provides a competitive advantage to the clients Mr. Camarena serves. Self-confidence is the driving force behind Mr. Camarena’s ability to absorb and implement the concepts that are responsible for the success among industrial real estate leaders.

Mr. Camarena’s knowledge of commercial real estate originated at Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. His experience in CRE began with Leon Capital Group, where he interned on the company’s newly formed industrial team. During his collegiate career, Mr. Camarena also served as a member of the Real Estate Club.

Mr. Camarena’s tenure with the TAG Industrial Group began as an Industrial Investment Analyst Intern, where he assisted agents in researching sale and lease comparables across the nation. Outside of real estate, Mr. Camarena enjoys working out, and spending quality time with family and friends.
