Peter Williams of Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago office specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial assets in partnership with the TAG industrial group. Mr. Williams is committed to discovering his clients’ needs precisely and finding ways to deliver valuable solutions to meet those needs. Mr. Williams prides himself on his effective communication style and ability to form long-term relationships with his clients. Mr. Williams became interested in commercial real estate and was immediately charmed by the industrial sector, seeing it as a viable and rapidly growing investment class. Having served previously in a business development capacity, Mr. Williams understands the importance of building fruitful relationships and, more importantly, maintaining those relationships with consistent follow-through. Mr. Williams is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics. In addition to real estate, Mr. Williams enjoys spending time with family, playing soccer, and snowboarding.
