MARCUS & MILLICHAP ARRANGES THE SALE OF
A 66,307-SQUARE FOOT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING
DALLAS, TX, July 1, 2019 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, has announced the sale of 4343-4345 Sigma Drive, a 66,307-square foot industrial property located in Dallas, Texas, according to Tim A. Speck, district manager of the firm’s Dallas office.
Adam Abushagur, industrial specialist and first vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was also procured by Abushagur.
“NAI Robert Lynn’s Chad Albert, partnered on the transaction in order to best advise the seller and put the best players on the ground,” said Abushagur. “Marcus & Millichap handled the marketing and execution of the transaction, while NAI handled the tours and buyer questions regarding leasing of the building and market. Through this process, we procured a total of five offers within weeks of being on the market,” he said.
“We’ve witnessed a heavy recent influx of new capital desiring to enter the Farmers Branch/Galleria industrial market, mainly due to its terrific central location and the city’s proactive long-term approach in enhancing the surroundings,” said Albert. “The buyer secured identified those as critical factors for their first investment in the sub-market,” he added.
4343-4345 Sigma Drive is located in Dallas, Texas. The subject property is situated on 5.31 acres of land and was built in 1972.
